Nighthawk M1 dropping signal
Idk what I did but I never had this issue before, once I did the update back in December, at rond times my M1 mobile router will lose signal. My devices will show that they are still connected to the router, but nothing will load as if I lost connection. Please help with any possible solutions. Latest firmware build is 01/24/20.
Latest firmware version is NTG9X50C _12.05.14

Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
May we please know the device SKU (e.g. MR1100-100NAS)? This can be checked on the box of the product or on the barcode label.
Kindly factory reset the MR1100 by pressing the reset button for 5 seconds.
Do you need to turn off and on the MR1100 for you to get Internet connection again?

Community Team- WrwilhiteAspirantThank you for the reply. The model number: MR1100-2A1NAS. I have reset to factory settings several times with no luck, same issue will have signal bars and then no signal bars just a X in place for a few seconds then bars will return.
Data speed 11-15 Mbps until signal lost.

You may have the same issue myself and a couple of other people are noticing on AT&T with the MR1100.
When your access goes away, are you still able to ping websites? But HTTP and HTTPS won't load until rebooting the MR1100?
