nighthawk m1 firmware

Hi all,

 

just bought the M1 and wanted to use as basis station for the arlo pro2 camera, couldn't find the arlo icon on th the dashboard of the netgrear mobile app!

tried to update the fimware, no chance, did twice the factory reset, alwys the same information: update failed, the device will try within next 48 hours.....! and there is no download of the firmware through the internet!!!!

anybody has or had the same problem or solved it somehow! thx!!!!!!

pretty disappointed!!!!!

    DmitrijK if you have the Australian version of Nighthawk M1 (MR1100-1TLAUS) then you just need to have the latest version of firmware released by Telstra which is C10.25.1.1 to enable Arlo support on the Nighthawk M1.  On the NETGEAR Mobile App or via the WebUI you will see the Arlo support icon there which will be selectable - the app or WebUI will walk you through the rest.  Will work with Arlo Wirefree, Arlo Pro and Arlo Pro2 cameras.
