Nighthawk M1 No wireless SSID visible

Hi Guys,

 

Hope someone can help. I have just received a new Nighthawk M1 router. None of SSIDs (2.4 or 5) are visible. I have tried factory reset, rebooting, removing and re inserting battery with no luck. In the admin portal checkboxes are checked to show ssid. Its on the latest firmware. is there anything else that I need to do before I return it back?

    Can't think of anything - mine broadcast the 2 SSID's without having to change any settings. I did read that someone else had a totally different problem that was only resolved when they removed the SIM card - rebooting the M1 wasn't enough. I suppose you could try this as a last resort before returning it :smileysad:
