Nighthawk m1 router not removing notification messages

My Nighthawk M1 router is not removing data usage notification messages even though I toggle through the screens have also logged on to m.home and read the messages but there's no where to get rid of ...

Hi Jason. I have downloaded the latest firmware but I haven't done a factory reset. Should I? Thank you 😊

Hi Sanj11,

Please proceed with the factory reset. This will help clear any old configurations that would clash with the new firmware.
