NightHawk M1 will not keep APN settings
I have an unlocked MR1100-100 purchased from Amazon in the UK, please note this is NOT the AU version selected in the Model field, but it would not let me enter anything else. It is running the late...

Hi,
same here. Got mine yesterday but after each reset I have to manually add APN-Settings again.
I contacted support but did not get an answer yet.

Support reached out to me tonight, so I have sent them some info to see if they can recreate the issue. Seems to be specific to my UK EE SIM, if I but my UK Voda SIM in, the M1 does not have the same issue, it just works as expected.

Hi, I would really appreciate if anyone with the same issue and a solution could leave a reply. Bought the model from a german retailer (not shure if it's similar to the us or au version). Tried all the steps described by the originial post. Very frustrating.

Hi,
I did send my router back as it is not worth the money with this much issues.
But after finally been able to create a ticket for this issue (which took days!!!) i got an answer from Netgear that the seem to have a Beta-Version that should fix this bug.
Again, as this is not the only issue the router has - my recommendation: send it back!!!
