Nighthawk M2100 - wifi disabled

Hi

My M2 has been working fine for a fair time and has just this week lost wifi.  Status is showing as connected but Wifi Network shows as Network Disabled.

I've tried a factory reset and all of the other suggestions on the Netgear community but nothing has worked.  Any help would be great!

    Hi leanorth

    Welcome to NETGEAR Community!

May we please know the device SKU (e.g. MR2100-1TLAUS) and firmware version?

Have you tried to access the Web UI and enable WiFi? If so, what happen?

Kindly check if you have set WiFi Standby to Disabled.

      Hi Blanca_O

I have accessed the web UI but I'm not exactly sure if there is something specific to "enable".  Other details are:

      GUI version MR2100-1TLAUS_04.02.181.00

      Firmware version: NTGX24_10.17.10.00

      Setup includes:

      IP Passthrough Off

      Wifi Standby Disabled

Wifi Profiles 5GHz only is enabled

Thanks for your help and please let me know if I've missed anything out.

      Hello:

After a "pin" reset, the message "Wifi network disabled" appears and does not

go away even after accessing the router on the web.

On the web, going to Setting\Setup\Wi Fi profiles, the button for "Turn on Wifi" is always enabled, and

goes back to that situation, no matter how many times I choose/enable either "Dual Band" or "2.4 only" or "5 only".

I hit apply, and then reboot the router, either power the router or via web.

         Wifi standby is disabled.

      Thanks, Jack
