Nighthawk M5 - Phones get disconnected non-stop
Hi,
Any Andoird Phone connected to the WiFi is beeing disconnected non-stop.
Yes, I did try a Factory Reset.
Yes, I have the latest firmware (at least, it is what the unit claims!) -> NTGX55_12.04.12.00
I am using the unit as an AP, not as a mobile router, so there is no Sim installed. Running 5GHZ Network only. Laptops work just fine.

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Mobile Router products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with mobile routers and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Please use this link to the main forum product list to review and choose where to make your posts.

You also have the standby functionality see page 42 of the manual: https://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/MR5100/MR5100_MR5200_UM_EN.pdf
Try to change the timer. (increase the time when going into standby).- ChaotiqqAspirant
It's set to 30 minutes. Machines are connected, so it can't be on stand-by.
