    UPDATE:

    After contact with Zain KW, and give them the router, they finally update It to latest firmware!

    Thanks to all ..


    UPDATE 2:

    Many of routers on Zain KW got the new FW update today !!!! No need to send It to Zain !!!

Hi Blanca , thanks for responding , as we all know the main goal from the updates are to fix bugs , mail function, unstablity and to enhance the frimware , In our case we stocked in old version of frimware mean while others were able to get the latest frimware , 🧐 I am wondering who’s responsible? Kuwait Zain telecom or Netgear ? Am sure day after day you will see many Netgear mr5100 Zain version users will complain about this issue in Netgear Community , In four words ( We Deserve Best Service) , Thanks
