After contact with Zain KW, and give them the router, they finally update It to latest firmware!

Many of routers on Zain KW got the new FW update today !!!! No need to send It to Zain !!!
I have the same problem with M5 5100 from Zain, the update 10.28.02.00

Hi, All,
I got an update from the product team. There are two different FWs for MR5100-1Z1MES units. The FW v10.x.x.x is the latest FW for MR5100 units with 4GB of memory. And the customer with 8GB of memory MR5100 can only update to FW v12.04.12.01.
As for the issues with the FW 10.x.x.x, kindly report those issues to Zain.

I can confirm It was false Information and I have a proof It’s only 800MB for all MR5100-1Z1MES FW’s v10.xx and v12.04.12.01.
We need an urgent solution please !
What’s my fault that I bought a new M5 router that doesn’t accept the update to a new version? Note: that all FW’s have the same memory size and I can prove it.
By the way, the seller Zain kuwait not corporate with us ! How we can fix this ? It’s very sample, just Inform your team to push a new update or at least Inform zain kuwait officially about this Issue.
