Nighthawk m6 pro(MR 6500) keeps restarting (stuck in a boot loop)

I just used the method described above and it did perform a firmware update. It no longer boot loops, but the current version that was downloaded is NTGX65_10.04.11.01 with a build date of 2023/01/11.
I did not receive the version NTGX65_12.01.16.01. Should I check for another update now that the SIM card from AT&T is installed?
Upgraded this morning, without a problem. I did NOT have the loop bug previous to the upgrade.
