Nighthawk MR 1100 disconnects or goes into standby

Everytime I use my Nighthawk directly to a device it works, but it disconnects after a period of time.  I tried to set it up as my primary internet via a google router, but it continues to disconnect.

    Are you still experiencing this? Have you tried factory resetting the device? 

    Please provide the device SKU (e.g. MR1100-100NAS) and firmware version.

    Kindly check Ethernet Standby. Here's how:

    Access UI > Settings > Setup > Mobile Router Setup > Ethernet Standby (disabled or 2 minutes) > Apply
