Nighthawk MR1100-1TLAUS update failure/frozen (need to resolve)

I left the device for a while, today I plug it in charger and power it. it worked fine . it got an alert for a new update . I started updating via chrome browser by my smart phone. My device began an automatic update ,  the device being frozen in the update. The device remained plugged into the charger the entire time. The screen says “updating device Please do not power off” with a loading bar that has not moved in several hours.  I’ve tried removing the battery, pressing the reset button a varying amount of times and length of times, removing the sim, letting the battery die, and hooking up to my pc. No change. Any solution?
