Went to get on the computer, no WiFi. Turned on the hotspot to see what is the problem, and it says “Updating device, please do not power off” The little progress bar has made no progress in hours. ...

I tried the steps, but sadly they didn’t work. I had to take it in to be replaced. Thanks for the help!
