Nighthawk MR2100 'Days left in billing cycle' always 0

Hi, I've read some of the threads for this but nothing is working for me. I have an EE SIM and have set the 'Monthly cycle starts' to the correct date of the month, but the 'Days left in billing cycle' is always 0 and has never worked. 

I've done a factory reset, tried updating the firmware and offloading to get this to register, but nothing. Has anyone got this feature to work in the UK with EE? Thanks!

    Welcome to NETGEAR Community!

     

    Please provide the device SKU (e.g. MR2100-EUS). This can be checked on the box of the product or on the barcode label. 

     

    Kindly get in touch with EE and have them check  the device to ensure that it reached the billing server.

      Hi, EE have confirmed that the device info is independent of EE. I have entered the date of the 26th on the device via the app, and it always shows '0 days left' on the billing cycle.

        Could you please provide the FW and PRI version on your device?
