Nighthawk MR5100 disconnected Telstra exhausted support
Sku is MR5100-1TLAUS
Device is unlocked, was working but somehow a voice sim was placed into the device, sim has since been removed and a brand new sim that was only activated todat as a data only sim is currently being used but still getting the "mobile broadband disconnected" message at start-up. Have been speaking to support at Telstra, they indicated that a request was submitted to netgear RE: unlocking however the return from netgear was that it is not locked. Telstra have now advised they have exhausted support from their end and that I need to contact netgear for further support. Firmware is NTGX55_12.04.12.00
APN is set at default. Any suggestions, what other information can I provide?

About as responsive as the support. This was promised about a week ago
Netgear, never ever again. Don't skimp on the hardware especially when you rely on it. Cradlepoint for sure, at least the RFI LTE-XPOL-002 Mimo antrenna wont go to waste

Have you tried resetting to Factory Defaults?

Just spent about 30 mins with Netgear and another 45 mins with Telstra over the phones.
Facing the same issue.
Netgear declined support stating that as the devices was bought from Telstra - Telstra needs to provide support.
Telstra (business division) initially had pointed finger to Netgear but when I declined to go in circles I was advised to get into a retail shop with this issue.
I'll get some time to do that next week and report here if any luck.
