Question

Hi,Bought this 5G router for WIFi in a Tesla MYP23. It cannot seem to run at all without the battery, even if it is plugged into a wallsocket. Just keeps telling me to use the original power adapter or put in the battery.&nbsp;It cannot run on the Tesla MYP usb-c either. It boots up in a lengthy proces, just to restart because it lacks power again 😉 Horrible.&nbsp;Are there any recommendations in terms of this?&nbsp;Br,Kragster

Probably a better power supply?&nbsp;
I've got the MR6150 and have run it with aftermarket power supplies and cables.&nbsp;
You also have to ensure the cable is high quality too.&nbsp;

I bought a Quick Charge cigarette adapter that can deliver 5v 3A and I will test with that.

It doesn’t really change the fact that the product cannot seem to run without battery despite the fact that I am using the original adapter and cable in a 230v socket.

But have you run it on USBC only without battery?
