Nighthawk MR6500 Ehternet offloading unsuccesfful

Having issues with my Nighthawk MR6500. Ethernet cable is running from netgear box to computer and there is no connection. WIFI works fine. Getting an "Ethernet offloading not successful". Ethernet is set as enabled and I keep running into the same message. I've tried 2 different cables all with the same result. 

I've also connected the netgear device directly to my router with an ethernet cable and same issue.
