Nighthawk needing to be rebooted at least once per day, is this normal?
Really what it says in the title. It is dropping its internet connection at least once per day, sometimes more often. I have checked and there are no reported problems with my provider.
Any ideas, is it simply faulty?

Hi Roger,
I too am experiencing this issue on the MR5100 (Nighthawk 5G Mobile Hotspot Pro). I've only had the device for one month but this doesn't feel right. The data flow just stops and all connections to messaging & email are dropped. Sometimes the hotspot must be rebooted 2-3 times per day, at random times, to maintain connection to the AT&T network. The nearest AT&T tower is within site of my front door and my phones in the household do not have this issue. I'm looking for feedback on the correct settings to enable to prevent this device going to sleep or whatever it's doing that dropping the connection AT LEAST once per day.
Hopefully this discussion will get some traction!
