Nighthawk Netgear MR2100

My Nighthawk MR2100 currently shows "Data usage info is unavailable at this time".  If I log in via my computer also show same message.  Can anyone advise what problem might be.

    Are you using Telstra MR2100? Please make sure your device on the latest release by doing a manuel upgrade check.

      Thanks John.  Have checked and have the latest version.  Internet speed is intermittently very slow.  Screen on Nighthawk also freezes.  Any other ideas?
