Nighthawk

Nighthawk M1 Router: We have had the device since mid-May 2017 (two months) and have two issues.

1. We were finding the device was going flat overnight, so now have it connected to 240V power all the time. When I come in to the office in the morning, the power indicator is flashing and very low.

2. The router  disconnects from the internet overnight (I have previously disabled the sleep mode) It is taking several minutes to get it to re-connect to the internet. As this is for business usage, I am not very happy with the situation.

Are the two issues connected, and what is the resolution please?

    1. We're working on an update that'll hopefully be released Over The Air in the coming weeks.

    A firmware update has been released.


    Can you go to http://192.168.1.1,  go to Settings  > Administration > Firmware Update and update the firmware and let us know if the update resolves your issues?
