trying to connect, showed connected to router but stated "no internet access" the router was old so I replaced it with new nighthawk....same issue.....I had internet service if ethernet cable plugged...

If ever you have devices purchased for more than 90 days you an always purchase a Support contract or go to https://community.netgear.com/ or https://www.netgear.com/support/ which is for free, our KBs and Community members will surely be able to help.
