Nighthawk

I have a nighthawk lax20 lte router. I've tried two Verizon SIM cards and a straight talk SIM card. I was able to get the router to work with one of the Verizon cards for a weekend and now it won't work. The app connects to the router and indicates there is 4G service and the light is green, but the app also says it is offline. When I connect my Roku it connects fine to the router but indicates there is no internet. This is all while indication lights are all lit up properly. I've rebooted and reset multiple times. Please help
