Hi Terry12345,
You can try to reset the device via the reset button and reconfigure it. Check if the same problem after the reset.

Thanks for the reply. However, as per my 1st post, I’ve already performed a factory reset without success.

Hi Terry12345,
I apologize as I thought that you just unplug the power and take out battery when you say reset. For this I would suggest to contact support team as a possible hardware issue.
