Official Firmware Update Bricked M6 Pro - Stuck on Logo

My Nighthawk M6 Pro was working perfectly until it downloaded an official Netgear firmware update yesterday. The update failed and bricked the device. It is now permanently stuck in a boot loop on the Netgear logo. Hard resets do not work. I bought this directly from Netgear UK in March 2023. Since an official update destroyed the hardware, I need a moderator to escalate this for an RMA under the UK Consumer Rights Act, as the standard support portal is trying to charge me for a manufacturer-induced fault.

      I have already attempted all physical recovery methods, including booting without the SIM, booting without the battery via direct USB power, and holding the physical pinhole reset button for 30 seconds. The device remains permanently bricked on the logo.

    Did you try pulling the sim card out and then resetting?
