Older USB 308 with Windows 10

Question

Trying to connect to ATT network with new Windows 10 laptop. I have the older USB308 Aircard and WIndows recognizes it, btu will not connect to it. ATT cannot figure it out. The AttAccess software is compleyrly updated, Windows says the drievrs are correct and the device is working properly, but there is no connection.
