one of my MR1100 don't work with QXDM and TEMS software

Hi,


i has two MR1100 unit, and want use it with QXDM software.
one MR1100 has "NETGEAR DM Port" and "NETGEAR DM Port  VSP" and all work OK,

but second haven't, and don't work with RNP software .

 

so, how enable DIAG port at MR1100  for work with QXDM, Nemo or TEMS software.

      Hi carver_ua,

       

      We'd love to be able to get more in depth diagnostic info from our MR1100.  Can you tell us what these softwares do and how we could get more info from the MR1100.  Specially we're looking to get cellular diagnostic info about band, CA, and MIMO.

        QXDM is sufficient. But need enable DIAG port at MR1100.
        this can be a problem. As you can see, support didn't answer anything to me.

    Could you please guide us, how the first MR1100 worked for you. Recently I bought one MR1100 Netgear device but i could not be able to connect to the QXDM.

     

      Is there any specific drivers need to be installed in Laptop ? If yes could you please provide it to us?

    Hi Can you please help us how you have got QXDM working with this device.

    I am able to see the diag port but after sometime QPST/QXDM losing connection with the device.

      I don't hear about such a complaint before.
      Everyone works fine with QXDM / TEMS.
      terminal does not hang.


      But, MR1100 is available for a specific operator, I read on 4pda that in RU there is a problem with one operator, in a certain situation the terminal hangs. try changing the operator. or you MR1100 has broken flash.
