Orange Light

I have a Nighthawk M6 Pro. On the Home Screen, I get an orange triangle with an exclamation mark inside it. I understand this might be an error or maybe a notification that needs attention BUT I cannot find where to find out what this means. The manual is no help. This device is out of warranty so Netgear will not provide any support.

  • Do they Not Provide Any Help After The Warranty Period Is Over ? Do You have a Phone Number Where I can Contact Them ? The AI chat does not understands That I am looking To Speak To A Human And It Wont Connect , Have tried Several Times Turning It Off and On Again As Shown In The Manual But It keeps on showing the same orange light , Last time I had a word with them on this num (855) 618-7993 But when I dial This again it wont connect last time was a year ago some one did spoke to me on (XXX) XXX-XXXX and they fixed the orange light issue without any charges. Now I am not understanding whether i buy a new router or wait for some help. If anyone has any alternate solution please let me know.

      That is not listed as a Netgear support phone number, so I redacted it to avoid confusion.

       

      You can find customer support numbers on https://www.netgear.com/about/contact-us/.  Though if you purchased a year ago, you would not be entitled to free support (assuming the warranty has expired).
