Orbi 5G NBR750 does not recognize RM502 modem
Removed and then installed RM502 modem on NBR750. But now, the router does not see the modem. Mobile Broadband window does not show any info about modem (Model, IMEI, Firmware...etc). I did router factory reset and reinstalled latest firmware, didn't help. Any ideas?

RM502 does not appear to be a Netgear model number.
RM502 is the modem model number that is inside of Orbi router
Why did you disassemble it and remove the card? Was it having issues?
maybe you didn't reinstall it correctly?
Or something happened during the disassemble/reassemble process
You didn't change the firmware on the RM502 did you? It can cause issues with detection.
