Yes my device is ATT MR6110 (the white one). And yes, i meant MR1100.

AT&T MR6110 RMA should be handled by AT&T.
Who did send you MR1100, Netgear support or AT&T?

They just closed the case without solving anything. Can you help? Ive had several case # because they keep closing them. My last case# was 46810488.
