Possibly the worst support I've ever received
Does anybody concur that this is the worst support offered by any site on the internet?
Or can somebody direct me to a support site that offers worse support?
I'm doing a survey.

Thank you for the response.
At the time of writing I was completely frustrated by my inablity to get even a word of response from Netgear.
Your online ticketing system was broken (at least for me), and any attempts at sending emails to Netgear support went unanswered.
When I tried my luck again a week later, it appeared as if you'd changed your ticketing system. At any rate, it worked :)
Once I had managed to create a ticket, my interactions with Netgear support were actually quite good, and I found the support staff prompt and helpful.
It might be worth adding a support email address, to your site, that actually gets answered, or automatically creates a ticket.
As a fallback for in the event that your ticketing system is unresponsive.
Inviting users to 'Ask your community' when they are unable to contact you, is going to lead to further frustration and dissapointment for them, and posts similar to mine in your community forum.
