Have you looked for any errors in your modems logs when these disconnects happens.

    I see this around the time(possibly after, not sure) of one disconnection: Firewall: packet drop. 115.194.24.44 -->{my public IP}, Protocol ICMP, Message type 3.

     

    Could this be the problem? If yes, how to fix it? Thanks.

     

    *Changed my IP to {my public IP}.
