Registered product doesn't show up when I sign into Netgear

I registered my new LTE Modem LB1120 on the Netgear website, even got an email confirming my registration.  However, when I sign iinto Netgear, it states that I have no products registered under my profile.  This makes it impossible for me to get on-line support or do anything else on-line regarding my product.  When I called Netgear (after holding for over 1/2 hour), the representative said she does show that my product is registered on her end.  I got transferred to different department that was supposedly going to help me get this straightend out.  However, I was on hold for well over an hour without anyone answering my call. Does anyone know how to fix this?  I have gone back to the website several times, and it still shows that I have no products registered.  In fact, an old Netgear product that used to be registered disappeared when I registered my new product.  I tried to register my new product again to see if that would fix the problem, but it wouldn't let me.
