Replacement battery for Nighthawk M5

Question

I have a Nighthawk MR5200 modem, and I purchased a replacement battery from netgear. But when i insert the battery, the modem shows me that the battery is not regocnized... any ideas. I tried the Netgear support, but they are a bit slow in replies
