I do not have this model, but every other router from Netgear has a web page where the local LAN can be defined.
As long as it is one of the private IP spaces, it doesn't matter which you pick.
The router itself can be assigned any IP address in the LAN. Some customers elect to set theirs to 192.168.1.254.
Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Mobile Router products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with mobile routers and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Please use this link to the main forum product list to review and choose where to make your posts.

Thank you

Is there anything Orbi involved here? That's what this section is for.
Many questions, including this one, are pretty generic and apply to all routers. Not need to dash all over the place. But the fine details can vary.
So, if the answers here don't work out, you might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:
Mobile Routers, Hotspots & ModemsThese are very different creatures from anything Orbi.
In the meantime you could visit the support pages:

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads. The manual may help you to make the change that CrimpOn suggests.
