roll back firmware update m2100
hi all, is there some way i or someone else can roll back the firmware to original version.my problem is the modem is now using lots of data since updated.i had this problem/fault 23 months ago after firmware update but got the modem replaced , which fixed the problem. a couple of weeks ago my loving daughter decided to update the firmware on this replacement modem [unbeknown to me] and this problem has arisen again. i have tried resetting modem, looked for previous downloads etc .i have an app called glasswire which shows what is using data . m.home is the "thing" running ,using most of my data . i tried a friends modem and there is no problem, ie no m.home running. thanks for any suggestions on fixing this problem...dennis edit, tried posting screenshot

You have posted your message in the section of this community given over to Nighthawk WiFi Routers. (This is easily done, given Netgear's complicated community structure.)
Many questions apply to different types of device, so you might get responses here, but your mobile router is not like the bog standard router so you might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your hardware, in the appropriate section for your device. That's probably here:
Mobile Routers, Hotspots & Modems
I will ask the Netgear moderator to move your message.
In the meantime you could visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear gave up on supplying paper manuals years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.thank you, i am happy for a mod to do that. i did search support for an earlier version of firmware download , but none for my model i could find
What did you search for?
There is no "m2100". (See your subject.)
