hello. firstly, this is an English forum, so English is the medium we are expected to use here. But if I understand it right, you are looking for a way to retrieve your PUK for your SIM card. When you first bought your SIM card, the full sized card (1FF-size of a credit card), there should be printed the PUK code associated with the SIM. If for some reason your SIM came as a 2FF, 3FF or nano SIM (4FF), or eSIM, and there is no PUK given, usually your carrier will have that information. But granting that SIM was blocked, that might be a problem, and the carrier will probably refuse to give you that PUK unless you have settled whatever issue has caused for your SIM to be blocked in the first place.
