SIM MEP Blocked on AirCard 790S (Telstra) – AC790S

My device is an AirCard 790S (Telstra) – AC790S Telstra Wi-Fi 4G Advanced II.
I have an error "SIM MEP Blocked Please contact your network provider"
Telstra have provided me with the unlock code, but there are no instructions as to where / how to enter this in the device.
The UI in the device has no prompt or place to enter the code, and neither does the web interface.
I enconter the error with the original Telstra SIM and SIM of other providers. How to solve this?

    Hi John576,

    Welcome to NETGEAR Community!

The unlock process requires another ISP SIM to be inserted where the device will then prompt you for the unlock code.

Have you tried factory resetting the device?

I have been discussing this with the original supplier of the device (Telstra) after loggin a complaint with them and they supplied an unlock code.

      Their solution is:

Go to the device screen and check for:
      - Advance settings
      - Then click option SIM settings
      - Unlocked device
      - Enter the code

The problem is there is NO advance settings screen where I can enter this code, either on the Device itself or through the Web Interface.
