Suddenlink upgrade
Hi there,
I have Suddenlink cable internet. It is the only service available to me which covers my area. They treat me well and it’s pretty reliable. I am wanting to upgrade my hardware as it is pretty old. My modem handles my voice calling and internet via coax cable. I purchased a Nighthawk x6s router and would like to upgrade my modem as well. Which modem would give me the best performance? I would like to stay with Netgear as I have heard good reviews. Thank you for your help!

Each ISP has their own list of approved devices to work with their service. You'd need to contact them to find out which modems they support. There's a few 3rd party sites that show compatibility but the best bet is contacting the ISP so you know its approved.
