    Hi Lillygirl,

    Please perform a factory reset and reconfigure the Router device to the password you would like.

    Which provider model is the MR1100?

    Please let me know if this worked. :]

     

    Insert a paperclip into the RESET button located below the battery for 10-15 seconds.

    Next, let the device boot all the way up.
