Unite Pro SIM not installed

I just purchased a Unite Pro unit, but can't seem to get it to recognize any SIM card I insert into the unit.  Is there anything that can be done to correct this issue?

    Have you tried resetting the unit? If reset did not fix the issue, I suggest to contact AT&T or where you purchased the unit to do a hardware check.
