Uploading Firmware file for Telstra Nighthawk 1100

Hi all,

RodJames here in Australia. For the last month, my Telstra Nighthawk M1 has not been showing data usage, "Data usage info unavailable at this time".

I received an email from NetGear with a firmware upload, I "attempted' to run this, but it advised doing it's thing for over an hour.

I have since "terminated" this, & wanting to know if any of you out there in this community know how to get this damn thing working again.

    Ditto with the problem and advise from NetGear - no sucess with the update from netgear.

      Thanks John. No joy whatsoever with the firmware update.

      This has been brought up already to engineers. Telstra made some changes on their data usage server and broke the data usage display on MR1100. New firmware is coming soon.

    This has been an ongoing problem with these devicse.

    I went in circles for months trying to sort it - no joy!

    It seems the issue is only with the Telstra units.
