I have just got my Nighthawk ® LTE Mobile Hotspot Router and i am with EE in the UK, but should be able to use in Canada , USA, Etc. It displays that i have a signal with AT&T but am unable to conn...

Make sure that your SIM account is active. For testing, please insert the SIM card to a Smart phone and check if Internet works.
You may need to configure ISP APN settings. To do this: access 192.168.1.1, go to Settings > Advanced Settings > Cellular > add the ISP APN settings.
