Use supplied power adapter

I noted the EXACT same symptoms when I first tried installing mine 2 years ago. However in my case after getting the unit to work on my Apple USB-C adapter I never could get it to work with its original Netgear charger. As such I opted to connect it to my  Anker Quick Charge 3.0 51.5W 5-Port charger. Seems to work every time. Too bad they dont document this kind of issues in their KB system.
