Hi all, I have a Nighthawk M6 MR6110-1TLAUS Mobile router that I am having an issue with. It is running on the latest firmware, NTGX65_12.01.41.00 Every time I try to setup this device to have a schedule to set when the hotspot is usable, the second you enable the schedule (even if there is nothing set) it will disable the WiFi. Even if you create a schedule with a set time, it does the same. It seems that when the schedule is set to 'enable' there is a kill-switch on the hotspot availability. Does anyone know of any work arounds to this? Thanks in advance,Use supplied power adapter
I noted the EXACT same symptoms when I first tried installing mine 2 years ago. However in my case after getting the unit to work on my Apple USB-C adapter I never could get it to work with its original Netgear charger. As such I opted to connect it to my Anker Quick Charge 3.0 51.5W 5-Port charger. Seems to work every time. Too bad they dont document this kind of issues in their KB system.MR6110 Won't boot anymore
My router worked fine for many months but then froze and won't boot past the 'Netgear' screen. Power cycling and switching between mains and battery doesn't help. The reset button has no effect. Reseating the SIM doesn't help. I was looking to download the firmware and try TFTPing it to see if that helped but I cannot find a copy of the firmware for the router anywhere online. So, totally stuck. Is the device bricked? It's not even 1 year old yet.MR5200 broke down
Last week at once the battery in my NightHawk M5 said puffff. The screen of my Nighthawk was black..... and no connection no more. After it cooled down I was not able to close the back of the Nighthawk since the battery had become too thick. I thought I could solve this simply by ordering a new battery, but unfortunately the Nighthawk does not recognise the new battery (original W-20). Could be an unlucky one so ordered again a new one, but same issue. Finally I put in my old battery, but in my opinion it is technically not safe. There is no more warranty on this product, since it is 3 years old. But a product in this price-range should not brake down in 3 years, let alone the risk I had with the exploding battery....... Is there anyone with similar issue? And able to solve? Any support of Netgear? If not, I will buy a cheap-brand replacement...... pffft TAG should be MR5200, but this tag is not availableSolvednetgear m6 - 6110- tlaus
Good evening my friends I have a Netgear m6 mr6110 router, Australian version, but I discovered that this version does not support 5G frequencies except n78 only. Is there a way to activate the rest of the 5G frequencies such as n40 - n77 - n28? I am from Saudi Arabia and all of these frequencies work for us.
