Verifone VX 820 not recognising ethernet cable connected to Nighthawk 2
I have a Verifone VX 820 HICAPS/eftpos machine that I wish to use in my small business however when I plug in the ethernet cable the eftpos machine states "ethernet cable not connected". It works fine connected to a router using the NBN, however I don't wish to go to that expense in my small business.

You put it works when connected to your nbn and router?
What is your actual setup for both with model numbers?Details or key in trying to figure out why it works with one setup but not the other.
The router is an Archer VR 1600v Ver 2 and the mobile router is a Netgear Nighthawk MR2100.
It has also been working when connected to my Mac via a thunderbolt bridge, however after updating to Monterey I can use the eftpos machine but then I can't use the internet as it states its not connected. When I disconnect the eftpos I can once again using the internet.

So you're going MR2100--->Tp-link archer?
Is that correct?
or are you just using the MR2100 and plugging the Verifone into it?
