What channel/s does the Telstra 810s 4GX work on?

Question

Can anyone tell me if the Telstra 4Gx MkIII runs with 11 or 13 WIFI channels? As the channel cant be forcd to a specific channel I have to assume it automatically chooses a channel to use.

The thing is, if the device selects ch 11 or 13, which they dont use in USofA, then devices like Canon EOS cameras cant find the network

Any ideas?
