did you try factory resetting the device?
Thats usually the first thing I try if a firmware upgrade causes issues.
- Of course I try factory reset button on device - it is no effect. What about ip passthrough option?
I don't have that device to check. but maybe the IP option was pulled in the latest firmware.
Are you within warranty? You can open a support case with netgear.
Click on "mynetgear" at the top. register an account and the device. From there you can open a support case.
- It's great idea to open support case on netgear site, but I think it's unreal for me (maybe I'm wrong) cause I bought this device on ebay 'as is'.
I thought that I can fix it with my own and with community experience.
