Windows 10 no internet access but connected

I have windows 10 machine 

Miscrosoft version 10.02.1000
last update version 1903

Sierra wireless
version 10.1.305.2
model AirCard 313U

Will connect to internet
signal strength strong
Error Message:
This site can’t be reached www.google.com’s server IP address could not be found.
Tried on different browsers & websites

windows 10 no internet access but connected

AirCard work fine before the miscrosoft update

Did talk to At&t they said AirCard working fine from their end 

They suggested I call miscrosoft 

They said it is a known issue and suggested that I fine out if there is a "driver"  for the AirCard that will work on the lastest version of miscrosoft that I mension above
