Windows10 upgrade - AirCard 340u not working (Telus)

Question

Hi there,I have been using my Air Card 340u for over a year now -absolutely delighted with it. Last week Windows 10 upgraded something or other and now my Air Card 340u is not working. Was on the phone with Telus support for over an hour. Uninstalled the program. Went to download the driver - did - and it is still not working.Any help would be much appreciated!Thanks so much,&nbsp;

Just want to say thank you so much! I installed the shield and the computer then detected the USB was there.
