Change management IP
Goodmorning, a new client of ours has an existing netgear GSM7328 FS switch in there network. It has an management ip4 adres of 192.168.2.1 We would like to change that in to a different ip. The con...
Thank you for your answer. But we can still acces the switch through the web gui. But we dont see an option there to change the routing vlan id to the new ip. There is no edit button. Is that by design? If we remove the routing vlan id we get cut off and we need the console cable.

Maybe you have the IP is assigned to the deprecated CPU interface.
Running ezconfig from CLI would allow you to remove it and use the "new" VLAN interface instead.
Firmwares 11.x don't use that CPU interface anyùpre that was configured via network parms: http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/27499
